Services

Services are for PCs running Microsoft Windows, Windows 95 or newer. Network services are generally not platform-specific.

On-Site Service

On Site service is billed by the hour.

• On-Site Minimum: $100 per visit; covers up to 2 hours
• On-Site Hourly: $40 per hour

• Software Installation & Upgrades
• Periodic Maintenance & Backups
• Network Installation - most small business network installation less than $1000!
• Network Troubleshooting

Most services listed below can be performed on-site, but cost less when done off-site.

Off-Site Services

All Off-Site service requires an on-site visit; I will pick up and deliver the computers and/or equipment which need service.

Off-Site Minimum: $200 per job

you will be charged whichever is greater, this amount or the sum of fees for services provided

Transportation Fee: $100 per job

covers at least one pick-up and one delivery; jobs that require multiple trips for a single load require special negotiation

Clean, Update, and Optimize: $50 per computer

remove viruses, spyware, and adware, install latest updates to all major installed software, optimize

Wipe and Refresh system: $50 per computer

remove existing operating system and applications, and reinstall - make the system like new again

Secure Wipe and Refresh: $75 per computer

same as above, plus a secure-erase to ensure than any sensitive information cannot be recovered

Install/Upgrade hardware component: $10 per component

not including price of component

Install & Configure software package: $20 per package

not including price of package

Limitations

Individual services have individual limitations not listed here. Some services are not available on-site. On-Site service prices apply within the Atlanta, GA perimeter, and do not include parts or software.

The following services are not available:

• Data recovery from physically damaged disks
• Data recovery from severely logically damaged NTFS volumes
